And then the park was open and what a park it was. They had a splash pad for kids and one for toddler, a play structure in the trees and a smaller park for toddlers. It was huge and pretty amazing! Needless to say, Cristiano was in heaven. What a way to end our trip. What was even more special is that Cristiano was the first ever person to try the splash pad for toddlers - he will forever be that person. Pretty cool!

| The splash pad had music playing, like "Under the Sea". |
Before returning to our room to check out I had 20 mins to shop! 20 mins later I had purchased three awesome pairs of shoes for 40% off at my new favourite shoe store - Charles and Keith. Even both Michael and Cristiano approved of my purchases. We then made it to the roof top restaurant one last time and headed to the airport.

Our flight was good and our transit from the airport to our hotel was interesting. We felt like we were on the Amazing Race! Instead of taking the taxi home we decided to take the train system. This was because we were worried about traffic at that time of day (we have gotten stuck 2 hours in traffic with the kids and it's really not fun). Even Mr. Kitty told us to take the train. Although it was a bit hectic having to carry bags and the kids, we made the right choice as we got to our hotel in about 45 mins and just in time for bedtime with enough time to give Cristiano a toy car for his birthday.
It was a wonderful trip.
Funny thing is that Cristiano the next morning asked me, "wain mai, wain bateau?". He was wondering where the water and boats were. He said the view in Singapore was better than the one in Bangkok. Wonder what he will think when we go back home where there are no real views!
