Since our arrival the boys were first too tired to do much and then Adriano got sick so we limited our outings so he can get more rest. Saturday he seemed better so we took the sky train two stops away to Siam Paragon mall. An amazing and huge mall. It is hard to describe how amazing this place is. Anyway, we went there to see a Chinese New Year show outdoors and we took the opportunity to try an Italian restaurant because Cristiano wanted pasta.

The highlight of the outing was not only the show, but it was grandma's pasta. She ventured and ate Spaghetti Nero - black spaghetti and calamari in squid ink. The ink tinted her mouth and teeth as she ate it and it entertained all of us! Apparently this is something she used to eat in Lebanon so she loved it, but for us it was something very new. The kids really got a kick out of it.
The Chinese New Year show was very nice. The boys enjoyed placing money in the mouth of the dragon and Michael sat through the entire thing despite how loud the music was. It was definitely an enjoyable evening.
